B. Pick up WiFi device using Loppi kiosk Machine with pickup/tracking number and password sent by Sagawa Express.

4. Please note you should receive 2 emails from iVideo & Sagawa Express respectively closer to your rental start date. Please refer to the tracking no. & password in the emails to pick up your package. If you didn't receive it, please contact us immediately using the free wifi in Japan's airports.

5. Make sure your email address is valid and complete.

6. You can also check your tracking no. via "My account" > "Rental History"

If you are unable to return the device in person, you may choose to ship the device back by purchasing a Nippon post service Letter Pack Light envelope for 370 JPY at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store and drop it off at any Red Post box or post office in Japan (Excludes Okinawa).

Please place the device and all accessories into the prepaid return envelope and drop it into any red postbox located across Japan before 23:59.

You can pick up your device in all Lawson Stores, which open 24/7 nationwide in Japan. (Okinawa excluded)

*After you place the order successfully, the Pocket WiFi will arrive at LAWSON one day before the rental start date.

1. If you choose to pick up at Lawsons Stores in Aomori Hokkaido, Chūgoku region, Shikoku, and Kyushu, please place your order before 10AM 3 days in advance. (Due to Winter delivery schedule, customers who choose to pick up at Lawson Stores in Hokkaido between Dec 1 and Mar. 31 will need to place their orders before 10 AM 4 days in advance.)

2. If you are unable to place an order in time, you can pick up the device at iVideo Tokyo Store or iVideo Osaka Umeda Store during store opening hours. Please place your order for "iVideo Store Pickup" prior to visiting the store to avoid inventory shortage.
