2. There are two ways to pick up your device at a Lawson convenience store.
A. Pick up the WiFi device by scanning the barcode, which can be found in the email sent by Sagawa Express
B. Pick up the WiFi device using the Loppi kiosk Machine with the pickup/tracking number and password sent by Sagawa Express.
3. Please note you should receive 2 emails from iVideo & Sagawa Express respectively closer to your rental start date. Please refer to the tracking no. & password in the emails to pick up your package. If you didn't receive it, please contact us immediately using the free wifi in Japan's airports.
4. Make sure your email address is valid and complete.
5. You can also check your tracking no. via "My Account" > "Rental History"

If you are unable to return the device in person, you may choose to ship the device back by purchasing a Nippon post service Letter Pack Light envelope for ¥430 (If you rent 2 or more routers, please buy Letter Pack Plus ¥600) at a nearby post office or Lawson convenience store and drop it off at any Red Post box or post office in Japan (Excludes Okinawa).

1. If you choose to pick up at Lawsons Stores in Aomori Hokkaido, Chūgoku region, Shikoku, and Kyushu, please place your order before 10 AM 3 days in advance. (Due to the Winter delivery schedule, customers who choose to pick up at Lawson Stores in Hokkaido between Dec 1 and Mar. 31 will need to place their orders before 10 AM 4 days in advance.)
2. If you are unable to place an order in time, you can pick up the device at the iVideo Tokyo Asakusa Store during store opening hours. Please place your order for "iVideo Store Pickup" before visiting the store to avoid inventory shortage.
