1. Rental Fees
1.1 Rental Charges: Rental fees are calculated based on the type of product and the duration of the rental period.
1.2 Promotional Offers: Details regarding promotional offers, discount codes, and their respective validity periods are available on the iVideo official website and through our official social media platforms on Facebook and Instagram.
1.3 Net Payment: The final amount payable for each rental, after applying any eligible discounts or promotional codes, constitutes the net payment due to iVideo.
2. Loss, Damage, and Late Returns
2.1 Late Returns: If a rented product is returned past the agreed-upon return date, a late fee will be incurred, calculated based on the number of overdue days. Late fees are determined using the standard daily rental rate and are not subject to any discounts or promotional offers. Failure to receive a return reminder email from iVideo does not exempt the renter from late fees.
2.2 Loss or Damage: In the event of loss or damage to the rented product, including all accessories, the renter must promptly notify iVideo. The renter will be charged the full retail price of the lost or damaged items, as specified on the iVideo official website.
2.3 Extended Overdue: If a rented product is not returned within seven (7) days after the scheduled return date, iVideo reserves the right to consider the product as sold. The renter will be liable for the full rental fee, applicable late fees, and the full retail price of the product. Failure to receive a return reminder email from iVideo does not exempt the renter from these charges.

2.5 Deposit Deductions: iVideo reserves the right to deduct any unpaid fees, including but not limited to late fees, loss or damage charges, from the renter's deposit.
3. Reservations and Delivery
3.1 Reservation Process: Renters must complete reservations through the iVideo official website, including full payment via online credit card. Upon successful reservation, the product will be reserved for the specified rental period.
3.2 Pickup and Return Locations: Renters may select any designated iVideo pickup and return location, as detailed on the iVideo official website under the "Rental Process" section.
3.3 Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled for a full refund provided the product has not been dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and rental fees are non-refundable.
3.4 Product Availability: iVideo strives to fulfill all reservations as scheduled. In the rare event that a product cannot be delivered as reserved, iVideo will issue a full refund of the rental fee without additional compensation.
3.5 Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters that necessitate changes or cancellations to reservations, renters must contact iVideo within the rental period and provide appropriate documentation. iVideo reserves the right to approve or deny such requests at its sole discretion.
4. Legal and Privacy Considerations
4.1 Data Protection: iVideo collects, processes, and utilizes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. All personal information is handled with strict confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
4.2 Account Information Accuracy: Renters are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. iVideo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from incorrect account details.
4.3 Legal Compliance: Renters agree to use iVideo services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, including but not limited to illegal activities or network abuse, may result in service termination and legal action.
4.4 Fair Usage Policy: To ensure equitable access for all users, iVideo enforces a Fair Usage Policy. Excessive data usage, such as continuous large data transfers or P2P connections, may result in reduced connection speeds or service suspension.
4.5 Service Suspension: iVideo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Violation of laws or regulations.
- Fraudulent account activity.
- Unauthorized commercial use of services.
- Excessive or abnormal data usage.
In such cases, iVideo may provide user information to relevant authorities as required by law.
4.6 User Responsibility: The renter is responsible for all activities conducted through the rented device or SIM card. Accurate records of the user associated with each device or SIM card must be maintained.
5. Pickup and Return Procedures
5.1 Operating Hours: Pickup and return times vary by location. Renters should consult the iVideo official website for specific operating hours of their chosen location. See details
5.2 Missed Pickups: Failure to pick up the rented product due to personal reasons does not entitle the renter to a refund. The rental period and associated fees remain in effect.
5.3 Return Documentation: When returning products via mail or courier, renters must retain the tracking number as proof of return.
5.4 Product Inspection: Prior to returning the product, renters must ensure all items, including accessories, are included. Missing items must be returned at the renter's expense or will be subject to compensation charges. 5.5 Return Packaging: Returns must be packaged appropriately. Loss or damage resulting from inadequate packaging will be the renter's responsibility.
5.6 Incorrect Returns: Returning products to an incorrect location or via an unauthorized method may result in delays or loss. The renter will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, including overdue fees calculated until the product is correctly returned.
5.7 Return Failures: If a return package is rejected or returned to the sender for any reason, it will be considered a failure to return. The renter will be liable for the full retail price of the product.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Product Malfunction
If a product is non-functional upon arrival at the destination, the renter must immediately contact iVideo for remote troubleshooting or a product replacement. Refund requests without prior contact and verification will not be accepted.
6.2 User Error
Refunds will not be issued for issues resulting from user error, including but not limited to improper setup, failure to follow provided instructions, or use of incompatible devices.
Incompatible devices include, but are not limited to, telecom-branded phones, Chinese-brand smartphones, carrier-locked phones, jailbroken or unlocked devices, and any devices not officially supported by major network providers. Renters must verify device compatibility before making a purchase.
6.3 eSIM Packages: For eSIM packages, if the QR code has been scanned, refunds are not available. If the eSIM has not been installed or activated successfully within its validity period, consumers must contact iVideo. Upon verification, a refund may be issued with a processing fee of $3.5 per transaction.
6.4 Physical SIM Cards: For physical SIM cards, consumers must activate the card within the stated validity date indicated on the product page or packaging. If the card is not activated within this period, no refund will be granted. If the SIM remains unused and within its validity period, the consumer must return the card at their own expense. A refund will be issued only after iVideo has verified that the card was unused and valid.
6.5 Refund Eligibility: To qualify for a refund, consumers must provide evidence of correct usage and device compatibility. Refunds will only be considered if the product is confirmed to be defective despite proper use.
6.6 Refund Limits: In all cases, the maximum refund amount shall not exceed the original purchase price.
6.7 Product Information: Renters are strongly advised to read all product descriptions, compatibility notices, and user instructions before placing an order. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for refunds.
