Data Usage Instructions
	- The SIM card will be automatically activated once inserted into a mobile device at your destination.
- From the date of activation, the validity period will be automatically extended by 170 days.
- Both top-up and activation must be completed within the original validity period of the SIM card.
- Check SIM card validity period
	- If you experience a weak or poor signal due to obstructions or large crowds at tourist sites, please try moving to a different location for better connectivity.
- If you wish to cancel an unused or unactivated data package within the validity period of your SIM card, please contact iVideo Customer Support. Upon verification, a refund can be arranged.
- If this is not your first time purchasing a data package, and you currently have an active fixed-term or fixed-data plan (e.g., 5 days / 3GB), please click here and select [Terminate Early], then follow the instructions to activate the next Top-Up SIM-Compatible data package.
- If you choose to end your current plan early, all remaining days and unused data will be forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.
- Data packages will be activated in the order they were purchased. You cannot manually select the activation order.
- Daily data packages cannot be ended early.
- Due to differences in telecom policies and software regulations across countries, some plans may not support certain applications.
