- If the eSIM plan is not scanned, downloaded, or successfully installed within the validity period, please contact iVideo customer service. Upon verification, you can cancel and get a refund, with a handling fee of $3.5 per instance.
- According to different telecommunications companies in various countries/regions, the eSIM may not 100% support certain mobile games or apps, and there may be limitations on their usage.
Data Usage Guidelines:
To maintain network quality and stability under the International Fair Usage Policy, telecom companies may impose data limits or temporary suspensions for users with excessive usage within a short period. In such cases, refunds or additional compensation cannot be provided. Please avoid activities like watching videos, uploading or downloading large amounts of data, using network TV, voice/video calls, online gaming, etc.
We recommend turning off the device when not in use and disabling automatic updates and backups.
