I rented iVideo for my recent trip in Taiwan with 4 of my friends. We rented the CHT WiFi egg and the service was great! It has high speed internet throughout our trip with neighboring provinces and cities in Taiwan. The staff also were very accomodating, I mistakenly left the WiFi egg at the hostel and wasn't able to return it at 7/11 but they were so kind to get it at the hostel at no additional cost. Thank you so much, iVideo! You were very helpful. Until my next rental! :)

Ivideo has exceeded my expectations! I rented a pocket Wifi for 3 weeks in Japan. The coverage was excellent, barely any dropouts, & we travelled around a bit. We used it connected to a powerbank & it lasted all day. The customer service was also amazing, we had left some photos in the wallet that was posted back & they offered to post it back to me in Australia. Well done.

Used an iVideo pocket wifi while I was in Japan recently. The au 4g model performed flawlessly, and the battery life was amazing (never once needed to recharge it during the day). iVideo also had the best value compared to other providers I've tried in the past. iVideo will definitely be my go to for wifi when I travel in the future - I've already recommended them to a friend who's travelling to Japan next year.

Used the 501hw recently for three weeks in Japan. Stayed in 11 different towns, from Fukuoka to Tochigi, and managed to maintain a signal everywhere, even on the shinkansens. Only lost signals in long tunnels. Was able to Skype everywhere I went. Really impressed. Made my trip so much easier and the price can't be beat.

paid around 4.47 USD (got a $3 discount) for a 3-day rental of a "taiwan CHT (battery upgraded) 4G LTE pocket wifi" 1 full charge lasts us the whole day (approx 11 hrs use) with about 3-4 devices (max is 10) connected connection was very fast and reliable throughout our 3 day taipei trip highly recommended!

We used their unlimited data pocket wifi in Japan for 2 1/2 weeks for $45. All signal bars filled up the whole time from Tokyo to Izumo City in Shimane Prefecture to Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto and Northern Kyoto, and back to Tokyo. It never missed or dropped a signal. We are of family of 5 using this pocket wifi all at the same time. For $45, no one can beat that price. Picked up at Lawson in Narita upon arrival and dropped off at a mailbox in Haneda before departing for LAX. Convenience at your fingertips.

I've used iVideo on my trips to Japan many times - at least 6 or 7 times. I go there for work and need high-speed unlimited wifi, so get the wifi router's to use. They always work great in both Taipei and the more rural areas I go as well. Service is always fast, reliable and friendly. Highly recommended!!
