Product Introduction

iVideo Europe SIM card allows you to enjoy 5GB of 4G high-speed internet in 33 EU countries for 15 days. There’s no need to return the SIM card, just dispose it after your rental period. The speed will be throttled to 128kbps after you reach 5GB.

 

Data Usage Guidelines

All users must follow The International Fair Usage Policy. We suggest you turn off the device when not in use, and turn off auto-update and auto-backup functions (such as push mail) on your phones and tablets, and off-line or log out the website after browsing. If the cellular company detects that the excessive amount of data were consumed in a short period of time, they have the right to lower or disconnect your connection speed without notifying iVideo in advance. 【How do I know if the SIM card works for my phone】

・Benchmark:Please check if your phone supports the frequency of this SIM card. Actual usage status may vary according to the apps installed on your phone or your phone type.

Please confirm your phone details before purchasing SIM cards as there are many different features which aren't supportive for our product like own brand phone, China brand phone, JB phone, unlock phone, or etc. Or you can try Japan Pocket Wifi 

 Some dual SIM phones are not applicable for this SIM card. If you are using a dual SIM phone, please insert the SIM card in slot 1 ,and select slot 1 as default for internet data.

・Unsuitable for locked phones. HOW DO I APPLY TO UNLOCK MY PHONE OR DEVICE?
