Monthly Billing Guidelines
-If we don’t see any return record 5 days after your rental end date, we will consider that you authorise us to charge your next month's rental fee to your Payment Method. You can find specific rental details regarding your iVideo WiFi by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link available at the top of the pages of the iVideo website.
-If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. This may result in a change to your payment date. An additional 14.5% annual rate will be charged for late payments. Note that when the restoration date falls on the weekend, you’ll need to wait until the next working cycle due to the carrier’s policies. No refund will be provided during the days without an internet connection.

Data Usage Guidelines
All users must follow the International Fair Usage Policy. We suggest you turn off the device when not in use and turn off auto-update and auto-backup functions on your phones and tablets. If the cellular company detects that an excessive amount of data was consumed in a short period, they have the right to lower or disconnect your connection speed without notifying iVideo in advance. There will be no refunds or compensation if this occurs.

The actual connection speed of mobile communication networks may vary due to factors such as terrain, obstacles, the terminal device used, the number of users, distance from the base station, customer movement speed, or other environmental conditions. It is recommended to confirm the coverage area before usage.
If the usage location lacks 5G network coverage, the service will continue on the 4G network, and the connection speed will also decrease.
However, at the same location and time, if a large number of users cause network congestion, it may affect the quality of Internet service.
*Even within the service coverage area, there might be places where wireless signals have difficulty propagating (indoors, in vehicles, in underground areas, tunnels, behind buildings, in mountainous areas, etc.), which could result in communication disruption or reduced communication speed.
