Orders scheduled for pickup at convenience stores in Taiwan or airport counters between 10/30-11/02 will be shipped on time, and all items will be available for pickup as scheduled!
Orders scheduled for home delivery between 10/31-11/02 will be shipped on time. You can check the delivery progress on the iVideo website under your rental record using the tracking number!
For customers scheduled for iVideo pickup at the Taipei store on 10/30-11/02, if you wish to pick up your items earlier on 10/30 or receive them via courier, please contact iVideo customer service on Line to inform us. We will prepare the equipment for you in advance!
